Brandon Blackwood accepts returns on unworn, unused items with original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original Brandon Blackwood dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
